Spring break opens a window of time for those in need of a time to unwind, recharge, and indulge in some bingeable shows. From romantic comedies to thrillers, these binge-worthy picks will keep you entertained and relaxed during your time off.

Mindhunter
“Mindhunter” is a two season psychological thriller series that was created by Joe Penhall and released in 2017, based on a true story and inspired by the 1995 true-crime book.
It follows two FBI agents and a psychologist trying to catch serial killers but in order to be successful they must get inside the villain’s mind. Each of the cases discussed in the series is true which brings out the eeriness and captures the viewer making it a much more immersive experience.
XO, Kitty

If you’re looking for a funny but intimate vibe “XO, Kitty” might be your perfect fit. It is a two-season romantic comedy drama that aired on Netflix in 2023, created by Jenny Han, starring Anna Cathcart.
A new love story unfolds when teen matchmaker Kitty reunites with her long-distance boyfriend at the same boarding school attended by her late mother. It is filled with juicy family secrets, complicated relationships, and a touch of cringeworthy moments.
The Circle

If you enjoy juicer shows with a competitive side, I highly recommend “The Circle.” It is a seven-season reality competition show that aired its first season on Netflix in 2020. It is produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group.
The players in each season are provided with separate apartments within the same complex. During the game, the players are isolated from the outside world and each other. They communicate through text and photographs, which gives them the ability to portray themselves in any way they please. The game features a ranking system where players vote to identify suspected catfishes, with the lowest-ranked player facing elimination each round. At the end, the contestants rate each other for the last time and the highest-rated player wins the game and $100,000.
Beef

If those two options don’t appeal to you, perhaps you’ll be drawn to a series called “Beef.” The comedy-drama series created by Lee Sung Jin has one season that aired on Netflix in 2023, starring Steven Yeun and Ali Wong.
It follows a complex yet simple relationship of two strangers whose near collision in a road rage incident escalates throughout the series, ultimately reaching extraordinary heights of intensity. It showcases the humanity in each character but also highlights their dark elements that make the show gain much more substance in both its dramatization and comedic zest.
